//This OOAK Artist Vest in Wool features 100% handspun and handwoven wool from Momostenango and is hand-stitched along the edge of the garment with naturally-dyed cotton thread. We love the combination of natural fibers and dyes! Embroidery was performed by Claribel from Sumpango. Note that it is lined with a cheerful cochineal-dyed textile inside, offering a lovely contrast.//
The oversized pockets and easy-to-wear look go with everything from tank tops to long sleeves make this vest ideal for working in the studio, running errands around town, or just feeling cozy at home.
The construction of the garment is done by Juan Carlos, who was able to purchase an overlock sewing machine in 2020 with all the work from making cloth masks since COVID hit. We are so pleased with this new addition to our collaborative offerings.
