Return and Cancellation Policies

Due to international shipping logistics that include tariffs and other complications, we cannot accept any returns by international mail. In-studio returns and exchanges can be facilitated at our studio in Antigua Guatemala within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch to make an appointment if you would like to come by, and bring the un-used item with you.

Our workshop sign-ups and textile travel deposits are non-refundable. 

If you need to change the date of a private class in Antigua due to an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate you with minimum 24 hour notice (during business hours). However, we cannot guarantee this possibility as each case is dependent on the teachers' availability. Additional charges apply to compensate the teacher's time.
