Returns & Cancellation Policies

Because of the international shipping logistics involved—including tariffs and other fees—we are unable to accept returns sent by mail.

Returns and exchanges are available in person at our studio in Antigua Guatemala within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us through WhatsApp to make an appointment before coming in, and bring the unused item with you.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make changes or offer store credit for the same value, depending on the circumstances.

Once a website order has been placed, we cannot offer returns, as we are still responsible for the associated transaction and processing fees.

 

Workshops & Textile Travel

Workshop registrations and Textile Travel deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a private class in Antigua because of an emergency, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice during business hours. We will do our best to accommodate you, but rescheduling depends on the teacher's availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply to compensate the teacher for their reserved time.

For Textile Travels, please refer to the cancellation policy listed with each individual itinerary.
