RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We get it. There's always the risk that your boots don't fit your feet, or that the bag isn't what you expected. That's why we have a great returns and exchanges policy!
All we ask is that you send the item to our address in Milwaukee within 30 days of receipt of the product. Just email us at email@example.com to start the process. Once we receive the unworn/unused item, we can send you another one (exchange it) or give you store credit for the full amount you paid for the item. So easy!

NOTE FOR ARTISAN-DIRECT PRODUCTS: All sales are final for our Artisan Direct Pop-up offerings, as we do not have a way to return the physical products back to our artisan partners. There is no post service in Guatemala, and to use private couriers back to Guatemala would be cost-prohibitive. Thank you for your understanding.
