RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for products listed under "The Classics"
We ask that you send the item to our address in the US within 30 days of receipt of the product. Just email us at email@example.com to start the process. Once we receive the unworn/unused item, we can send you another one (exchange it) or give you store credit for the full amount you paid for the item. So easy!
NOTE FOR ARTISAN-DIRECT and ONE OF A KIND PRODUCTS: All sales are final for items that are unique, meaning "one of a kind" offerings as well as all Artisan-Direct offerings as we are not equipped to resell from the US, and there is no way to return the physical products back to Guatemala. Unfortunately, there is no post service in Guatemala, and to use private couriers back to Guatemala would be cost-prohibitive. Thank you for your understanding.
