What an adorable little girl's huipil! Made out of two panels (instead of the traditional three panels used in Tactic), this is a small piece that would be lovely for a young girl or a petite woman to wear or for decorative home use.
This piece shows off especially gorgeous and meticulous brocade full of deer and geometric figures, very traditional to this town. Lots of love goes into weaving textiles for children. All four selvages finished on the loom. The sides are open, making it easy to lay flat.
