This is a pre-loved traditional huipil being sold by the weaver herself. The three-panel style each handwoven with four selvages is typical of Tactic, Alta Verapaz, and makes for easy and beautiful wearing paired with high-waisted bottoms.
We are in love with the brick red base and the chunky brocade figures in this piece. A bit different from more common designs, and the colors go so well together! Figures include men, birds perched on corn, dog's paw prints, and more. Handwoven and being sold by Elsa.
The neck opening is large enough for comfortable wearing.
Material: Cotton blend
Care: Gentle machine cycle and line dry. Colors will not bleed as the piece has been washed many times.
