Bird Earrings: Black Fringes
Adorable hand-embroidered earrings made by the collective Mujeres de Maíz from Santiago Atitlán. Each pair is absolutely one of a kind! These earrings are part of new production for 2021. They're getting so creative, we love the added fringing.
The town Santiago Atitlán is known for traditional bird embroidery usually featured on women's huipiles and men's pants. The local collective has taken this tradition and applied it in a new way. We are absolutely in love with these earrings!
Embroidery thread used is an acrylic blend.
