This is a vibrant and lush two-panel blouse newly woven from the Cobán area with contrasting supplementary weft brocade in thin cotton. This is a longer blouse for a loose fit, which makes it easy to wear with jeans or a skirt.
All threads are cotton and both panels are handwoven on a backstrap loom. All selvages were finished on the loom - a time-consuming feat that shows excellent craftsmanship of the weaver. The crocheted finish at the bottom and neckline adds a nice weight and detail to the piece.
This piece fits like US size S and M and is made with all cotton threads.
This blouse was handwoven by Aurelia.
