This is a gorgeous traditional picbil-weave blouse made with two delicate panels joined with hand embroidery. The white gauze-like weave is what this region around Cobán is know for -- especially in this pristine white cotton, woven with beautiful thin thread, one panel at a time, poco a poco.
The picbil figures are gentle yet elegantly visible. The neckline and sleeves feature rich hand-embroidery in rayon floss.
Because this blouse only uses two panels, the size is appropriate for a petite person.
